To initiate a return of an item, please email buy@sccreations.shop. Please type return/exchange in the subject line of the email. The email should also include an explanation of the need for the return. Return/exchange shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged due to our negligence. Within five days of receiving the item, you can initiate returns or exchanges. Exchanges should be in their original, unworn, and unused condition.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot make any changes or cancellations. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all order information is accurate before finalizing the order.

Once the shipping provider scans the packages and confirms possession, we are not responsible for any delays during transit. If there are any issues with shipping or delivery, you should contact the shipping carrier.
RETURN POLICY
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of receiving your item. For exchanges please make sure the items are in their unworn and unused condition. The exchange should be done by the purchaser. Provide the original order number along with the reason for exchange. Please be aware that you will need to cover all return shipping costs unless the items are damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival. We do not take responsibility for stolen packages.
