A: Not at this time. To maintain quality and brand integrity, we do not offer vinyl, mugs, or personalized gifts.

A: Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

A: Due to the custom nature of sorority merchandise, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days so we can make it right.

A: Yes. Please email all customization inquires to buy@sccreations.shop. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

A: To initiate a return of an item, please email buy@sccreations.shop. Type “return/exchange” in the subject line of the email. The email should also include an explanation of the need for the return.

Return/exchange shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged due to our negligence.

Within five days of receiving the item, you can initiate returns or exchanges.

Exchanges should be in their original, unworn, and unused condition.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot make any changes or cancellations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order information is accurate before finalizing the order.

A: Once the shipping provider scans the packages and confirms. possession, we are not responsible for any delays during transit.
